The house
In an old San Telmo house whose wrought-iron windows look out over Plaza Dorrego, El Tata serves the classic Argentine grill: sirloin strip, short ribs, flank and offal over the coals, sizzling provoleta, fried empanadas and homemade pasta. And in the morning, café con leche, mate and torta frita.
